POST AND AFFILIATE EXCHANGES GUIDELINES

INTRODUCTION

What is a Post Exchange?

A Post Exchange happens between Forum Promocean members who will agree on exchanging a certain number of posts to each other's forums. Aside from our Forum Packaging service, this is also one great way to boost your forum activity and growth.

What is an Affiliate Exchange?

An Affiliate Exchange happens between Forum Promocean members who will agree on putting one's affiliate image in each other's forums for maximum exposure. Aside from the said exposure to a larger crowd, affiliate exchanges would establish strong relationships between one another as partners in helping each other's forums grow.

General Rules

Fulfill the Deal - As part of the members who made a deal, you should do your best to complete the exchange you agreed to offer. If the deal was not done, it can be considered as a SCAM, and this will not be tolerated by the Forum Promocean Staff.
Make it Sure - When responding to a topic, do not automatically assume that the exchange has been accepted by the topic starter. It is best to reach an agreement with the topic starter prior to completing the exchange to avoid any confusion.
English forums only - This exchange service shall only be made available to forums with English as its main language.
One-Topic Policy - For easier browsing, one member shall be entitled to one thread for post exchanges and one thread for affiliate exchanges. If you have any additions to what you had previously offered, edit your first post on that topic.
Feedback needed - As much as possible, we would like to hear your thoughts regarding the service offered by the member. However, please use constructive criticisms whenever doing so if you have some issues regarding the member's service. For more information, refer to Forum Promocean's General Rules.

Scamming

As stated above, such scam cases will never be tolerated. If you happen to fall a victim to this, do not hesitate to send a PM to a Community Manager. Please be sure to include all details necessary so that we can provide the best support possible. Screenshots would be most appreciated.
